Nestled in a peaceful, quiet, & private wooded area. Perfect for indulging in the laid-back island lifestyle with old Florida charm, abundant outdoor recreation, boating and fishing to kayaking and bird-watching. With several boat landings and one less than a mile away, take a boat or a local ferry ride to beautiful Cayo Costa, Boca Grande pass, and Captiva. Here we also have some of the best fishing in the world. You’ll be staying in a 34' thoughtfully decorated, clean & well kept single slide XLR Nitro Travel Trailer that consists of the kitchen and dining area, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 comfortable queen beds. Bath/Shower comes with excellent water pressure. Brand new AC (installed 3/1/25), where you're sure to stay nice & cool after your fun filled day out on Pine Island. You'll find there is extra indoor & outdoor seating. This is a tucked away location where you will encounter our local friendly Peacocks & an abundance of other wildlife. With the tranquility and allure of Bokeelia, you may find it hard to imagine leaving.
Property has plenty of room to facilitate a trailer & boat as well (no extra cost).
