A clean, modern ground-floor duplex designed to feel like a home from the moment you walk in. No hunting for supplies, no figuring out the coffee maker — everything is already here. Arrive, unpack, and start enjoying Daytona.

The Space
Comfortably sleeps up to 6 across two private bedrooms and a living area. The primary bedroom features a king bed; the second has a queen. A queen sleeper sofa handles additional guests or kids. Solid-surface flooring throughout, individual climate control, and a dedicated TV in each bedroom keep everyone comfortable regardless of the season. Fresh linens and bath towels provided.

Kitchen & Laundry
Fully stocked and ready to use — coffee and the essentials are waiting when you arrive — plus an in-unit washer and dryer. Cook in with groceries from nearby stores, or step out to one of dozens of restaurants just minutes away.

The Backyard
A private outdoor space with a charcoal grill, fire pit, and lounge seating. Grill your fresh catch. Unwind around the fire. Enjoy a Daytona evening at your own pace.

Host was accommodating! It was clean and roomy for what we needed! (2 adults) There was no “living room” to gather but was exactly what the pictures showed!! Convenient access to Daytona speedway, beaches on A1A, Bike week festivities etc. Would recommend over the hotels/motels in the area!!

Nice place, walkable, but borderline area

The accommodations were as described. Lacked a real common area, aside from the kitchen. Walkable to the downtown area (near minor league ballpark, not downtown Daytona Beach). Attentive host.

spring break stay

Shower head has no pressure little water and tv cut on glitching like they were already broken when we arrive and couldn’t get WiFi to connect to them to we left them alone the rooms were nice but not what was posted in pics when booked so next time I need real pics etc for my stay thanks
