The open floor plan and beautiful decor of this elegant, newly furnished, condo will make it a great base for your most memorable ski vacation. With 2 Master Bedrooms and 2.5 baths 401 Mill Club is perfect for a family looking for the best Copper Mountain has to offer. Mill Club 401 has upgraded cable in the living room and one master too. One of the two master bedrooms features a king size bed, TV and a full size dual-vanity private bath while the other master bedroom also has a king size bed, another full size dual-vanity private bath and a Jacuzzi type tub. Each Master Bedroom also includes a 40” wall mounted flat screen TV. Additional amenities include a private washer and dryer, radiant heated floors in all the bathrooms, Free WiFi and an over sized balcony with views of Copper Mountain and the convenience of ski lockers right inside the building’s front door! The Living Room has a flat screen TV/DVD,, a gas fireplace and access to the ½ bath without entering the bedrooms. The large dining room table is located just off the full size, well equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops and flooring and cherry cabinets; perfect for entertaining at 1,171 sq ft. Mill Club also offers heated underground parking and best of all is located right in the heart of the Center Village's just steps from the lifts and many shops and restaurants. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73758 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Nice but not in Summer

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice condo, but we visited here in the summer and a few issues became apparent. Only one window would open with a screen, the other window could notbe open, and the remaining windows were fixed,solid panes of glass. The back porch was dirty and had not been cleaned, there was Bat scat in the corner, ( I have this at my house also) and since the windows did not open, we left the two doors open. When the bats came flying around we closed the doors for fear of them coming into the condo. But the other mistake in booking this location, was the restaurant/bar right across the walkway. Noises from bar patrons were heard until midnight -1 am, then early in the morning - 7 am food delivery & empty kegs of beer being moved & banged around on the concrete caused early mornings. Therefore I will not be looking to rent again this unit or any other unit near the Center area of Copper Mountain.

Very nice and relaxing

We enjoyed our trip here! Nice location, the condo was very clean and well decorated. We felt right at home. The only downfall is it does get a little warm in the summer, and only one window in the bedroom opens that we could tell. There is a patio door and double doors in the master suite that opens, but we were afraid to leave it open at night thinking birds or bugs would come in. There were a number of fans available though which helped. Would stay here again!
