This brand new incredible vacation condominium suite at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City on the shore of Bear Lake is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. We provide all linens, towels, coffee makers, smart TVs, stocked kitchen and kitchenettes. As a third-story suite, you get beautiful views of the Bear Lake valley and, in some cases, a spectacular view of the mountains! The room is within walking distance of a public beach and all your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town.

Suite 301 is a great getaway, perfectly suited for anyone and everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Valley offers. For your ease in planning, here is the layout of each of the bedrooms:

This was the perfect place for our stay! Great location. Beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of room to spread out but also nice gathering place. Would recommend!

This place is very cute and nice with great views. Check in and out was smooth. They did state that they did have a full stocked kitchen but there was not a lot of things to cook with. For instance there wasn’t a full size skillet pan. Only like 2 measuring cups for dry ingredients. The sheets on one of the beds were filthy and just assuming it got missed since it was a pull out bed. The floors were pretty sandy when we first got there but understandable since you are in bearlake just think it could have been a little bit cleaner! But otherwise was a nice place to stay!

Nice location, very clean and like the pictures. They do need to add curtains as there are only light filtering shades and the morning and afternoon sun can be too robust.

The location was beautiful, but the condo was cheaply built, and things are already breaking (doors hung poorly, thresholds coming up, screen door hard to open/close). The elevator did not work, and had not for 3 weeks; the promised garage that was in their contract that I signed was not there.
