The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash & Recycling: Place all trash in outdoor bins. If check-out falls on a Sunday, kindly place bins at the curb for Monday pickup.
Outdoor Items: Return volleyballs, cornhole bags, and horseshoes to the office/den to protect them from weather. Grill: Please close the propane tank value and let us know if it is low.
Gates: Close both driveway gates, but do not lock them. Lock both side gates (keys in lockbox).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
