Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Condo

This fully furnished, 1250 square foot newly renovated 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Residential condo sleeps 6. With views of the ocean and pool, this unit is your home away from home. Ideally located on Hollywood Beach, this Condominium provides a peaceful atmosphere, free from busy crowds. Exclusive beach access and is just a close distance away from high-end shopping, great dining, top entertainment and cultural hotspots. There are nearby racetracks, casinos, fun-filled parks and more. The unit has full kitchen with stainless steel appliances with large Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, Microwave Oven, Keurig Coffee Maker and all necessary Kitchen Accessories and utensils, granite counters, modern furniture, broadband internet wifi in the unit. Cable TV in each room provided.

Spacious Bathrooms with Shower .
Bath and Beach Towels, Beach chairs and Sunshade are provided.
Bedding includes New Pillows, Duvets and Linens
Walmart, Ross, Walgreens, and many other shops are located at less than half a mile.
Just minutes to Gulfstream Race Track & Shopping, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Mardi Grass at the Greyhound Track.
Aventura Mall is a 10 minute drive from the Condo

Please Note:
Washer & Dryer NOT inside unit - It is on the same floor near the elevator. Should you want to do laundry, you will need to purchase a card and add funds to use either machines. This can all be done at our Front Desk. Also, The windows in the both bedrooms do NOT open as they were sealed shut by the building after the last major Hurricane.

Guest access:
In order to have an access to the amenities in the building you have to get electronic fob at the office. Cost of a key FOB is $30 / 2 Adults. Operating hours is Mon - Fri 8am-6pm, Sat - Sun 9am-5pm .

POOL :
The pool closes at sunset and opens at sunrise. You are not allowed to use the pool beyond those hours. No balls or floating devices allowed in the pool at anytime for the safety of other guests.

ADDITIONAL FEES: To be paid by CREDIT CARD ONLY - No Cash Payments

Laundry - Pay per Use Washer/Dryer Located near elevator on each floor

Self Parking available for a nightly or weekly fee - Building Management handles all parking

There was no heat. Had to use 2 electric heaters and had to use beach towels to keep warm. There were no wash cloths. Never been to a hotel or rental that didn’t have wash cloths. The manager of the unit was very nice and was helpful.

Hi Christine. I’m sorry there was no heat. That’s unusual and this year was also colder than normal. As for the wash cloths , again we always provide them and the cleaning staff must not have put them back once washed. I’ll address that with our property manager.

The check-in process with Elcio was very easy. He was just a phone call away and made sure we were well informed of the property. The condo was very clean and perfect for our stay. It was nice to have the beach chairs and the cooler at our disposal.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. When we arrived, we were met and given instructions and even helped us with our luggage. Loved having coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was very nice but a little disappointed they closed early around 7 PM There is a publix just down the road and a lot of great restaurants nearby. Having laundry on every floor was nice as well. I will definitely be back. this was really a perfect location.!

Pleasant location!

Our stay was really nice overall. The unit was clean and tidy and had a feeling of crispness. The location and view were terrific! The pool was a good size and there were plenty of pool chairs and also ample space on the beach out front. I think that the living room could possibly use a little more seating, but overall was still a great stay. I would stay here again!

The condo was beautiful. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. Easy access to beach and pool.

Renting with Anna was terrific . Answered all my questions and check in was a breeze. Only downside was property little farther away from boardwalk that we thought .. but that was a short Uber ride! Love our stay

Beautiful property and helpful host

The apartment was just as advertised. The pools and beach were perfect. We had a minor issue with the shade and it was fixed immediately. The check in process is tedious but I do feel like the host explained this and it is probably the same way for the whole area. It was the only somewhat stressful part of the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing host and condo

Everything we could have needed or wanted was in the condo for us. Beds were very comfortable and condo was very clean. Anna was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone coming to the Hollywood Beach area.
