Why they chose this property
Cohasset is a quintessential coastal NewEngland town. Within 2.5 miles of multiple beaches and walking trails this property is a dream. As an artist and avid gardener I have transformed this space from an old abandoned shell of a building and a broken parking lot , into a spectacular home surrounded by beautiful pollinator gardens.
