THIS IS A SHARED SPACE! A unique stay on an ORGANIC WORKING FARM - We are within 30 minutes of SKI AREAS, beaches, hiking and biking popular areas. Sunday River, Black Mountain and Mt Abram Ski Areas, White Mts National Forest, Grafton Notch National Forest, Dummers Beach, Rangeley State Park. (1 hour). We are RURAL - the closest convenience/grocery store is 15 minutes from the farm.
Come and stay in our SHARED A-frame working farmhouse (bed and breakfast) that is located in the beautiful Western Foothills of Rumford by the Concord and Androscoggin Rivers. Our farm produces organic vegetables, has an in house bakery and we care for horses, chickens and cats.
We feature 2 Loft (UPSTAIRS) Suite style bedrooms:
KING: Private King Room with a Swiss Chalet style OPEN LOFT private seating area. This area can also can accommodate 2 cots or air mattress for extra sleeping space (in the OPEN LOFT). (20.00 per extra person fee applies). Loft over looks the main dining room area. QUEEN 2 Room - Queen Suite ECO LOFT - features paperbag floors and walls, with walk through seating area with a super single and a twin bed . This room has a table for laptop usage and a comfortable couch that could accommodate a small child.

Like to cook? Come and use our commercial kitchen to cook your meals.. Spices and cooking supplies are available for use. Organic products can be purchased from our farmstand on site.
Located within 30 minutes of Black Mountain, Sunday River & Mt Abram Ski Areas and Ellis River Riders Horse Club. 45 minutes from Berlin, New Hampshire .area. 90 minutes from Portland Jetport.
Amenities include farm fresh prepared foods (focused on organic or natural), in house bakery, outdoor riding ring, Greenhouses, Gardens, River Access, outdoor fire pit (not always available) and open patio. We have 4 10x10 box stalls to rent separately to house your equine companion (turnout included). Access to trails direct from farm property for fishing, hunting, cross country skiing, biking, hiking, horseback riding, ATV and snowmobiles.
SHARED SPACE: Inn Manager, Lou lives on property. We also have a set of rooms that are rented long term to a traveling nurse.. Leslie. You will be sharing the kitchen, dining and bathroom areas with them. Plus owner, Annette comes in to bake 2 twice a week!
Optional = Our In-House Bakery will make your breakfast from farm fresh ingredients and our own breads and pastries. Not included in rental price. Per person fee applied separately. $8.95

No Smoking in the house/barns/greenhouses..There is a covered porch area for smoking.. We are an organic farm and there are over 400 toxic chemicals in a cigarette butt, so please help us keep our property clean and put your butts in a proper receptacle...
Please be respectful of others guests and their property.. this is a shared use property! Note that it is never cool or acceptable to harass our cats, horses or chickens!
