Good place to rest during a trip for oysters and music. Walking distance to a nice grocery store and bars. Had four people so everyone got their own room.

The property was ad advertised. Close to both Frenchman St and the French Quarter. The house was clean and the check in process was easy and smooth. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

Everything was exactly as expected! We had a smaller party of 5, so there was plenty of space to spread out, congregate, etc. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our group. Would revisit if we ever come back to the area!

A charming, very clean perfect place for a group of 7-8 people! When you can get 3 out of 4 bedrooms be King size beds that is a bonus when traveling with other couples! If you were like me and a little nervous about the area being safe, don’t be it was a great area with several good places walking distance! The host David was very attentive and spot on with his recommendations! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a really nice house close to everything in New Orleans. Great neighborhood within walking distance to Bourbon street and all the tourist areas. Would book again!
Lovely stay. House was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Location is easily walkable to French Quarter and had blue bikes a block away.
This rental was absolutely beautiful and charming inside. It was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered very promptly. It was a quick Uber ride to French quarters/bourbon street!

Thank you very much for your kind words. It was a pleasure having you as a guest. If you would like to return to our house in the future, we would be happy to do so. Stay in touch!
The property was as advertised, and the staff was great about communicating. The neighborhood is colorful and a bit noisy at times, but the locals all seemed to enjoy the visitors. Would do this again in a heartbeat.
Lots of great things about this place: comfy beds; enough kitchen equipment (New Orleans is one of the few places I'm not gonna cook, so it doesn't have to be great, just adequate); nice little deck; fresh loquats off the neighbor's tree, looks like there's a fig tree as well but I can't confirm in March; half a block to the Rampart streetcar; short walk to Frenchmen Street; great parking; colorful, friendly neighbors; good communication with the host. Living room couches could be more comfortable, but they worked, everything else was A. Highly recommend

Yes, figs and loquats! The more you eat, the less we have to clean up! We're so happy to hear you had a great stay, and we'd love to host you again! We'll look at the couches too, thanks for letting us know.
David was super communicative. The home has everything you need to be comfortable. Very clean. Neighborhood is a bit eclectic but close walk to the action.

Hi! Thank you for the kind words. We appreciate your great review - were a wonderful guest and a pleasure to host.
Me and my friends did a spring break trip and had the best time! There was plenty of space for 8 people. The pipes had some issues while we were there but they fixed it within the day.
The property was as described, very clean and modern. It had everything we needed. It's close to the #46 line, which is an easy and quick trip to Canal street. The only downside was the neighborhood is not great, even though we never felt unsafe there. We also spent most of our time in the kitchen since the couches in the living/sitting room were not comfortable to sit around in. For the price, and it's nearness to the French Quarter, I would stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your feedback about the seating - we'll look into that! We'd love to host you again for your next New Orleans adventure!
Since there were 8 of us, we did fill up the place. The beds were comfortable, but the couches could be updated and more comfortable. Not really enough seating for 8 in any one place. Road noise was a problem at times but a pretty good location for exploring New Orleans. Management was very responsive.

Every March we come to the City of my heart. This year we wanted a homier place to stay.
This property was in close proximity to Groceries, restaurants and local bars. It was great to be able to walk and enjoy the beautiful weather. It was a great value split by 4 people rather than us getting 3 hotel rooms. We were able to eat healthier due to having a kitchen. We enjoyed the charming shotgun look and the updated kitchen. It gave us just the experience that keeps us coming back to NOLA for more ! IYKYK
We needed a break. Where better to get away than the Big Easy. We picked this house based on its proximity to Frenchmen St and the clubs and restaurants to be found there. It was perfect. We walked to many of the spots and those that were a tad too far were an easy Uber ride away. The house itself was spacious, bright and inviting with plenty of communal space, but also privacy if desired. Nicely appointed and spotlessly clean we couldn't have asked for a better place. Dan, the host, was responsive and helped us get through some booking issues (on our end) with grace and patience. When we go back we'll be sure to book this place again.
