Star Studio is truly a magical space, a gem for those interested in quiet settings, romantic getaways, work space or a place to retreat. Designed for efficiency and comfort, the Studio is an experience in small home living!

Newly developed and furnished to offer comfort and style, Star Studio features tall ceilings, natural light, marmoleum flooring, tempuerapetic queen bed, dining table, digital TV, writing desk, full kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and a deck into the garden. Open the French doors to enjoy the garden view from the deck of the Studio.

A queen size, 11-inch memory foam mattress provides maximum comfort for a good nights rest. The bed is the newest design for flexible and efficient small home living with features that can easily be converted to a sofa to create more space for reading or relaxing during the day. Maximum comfort and versatility!

A full kitchenette provides everything one needs to prepare or re-heat meals, including a freezer-refrigerator, a convection oven, an induction 2-burner cooktop, and a coffee & tea making station. Coffee beans, teas and spices are available for guests.

A digital screen TV is available with Netflix for streaming your favorite episodes and movies. There is also a HDMI cord one can use to stream media from an iPad or laptop. The angled-shower and heated ceiling fan make for a spacious and comfortable shower in this small dwelling.

Star Studio is a peaceful retreat-like setting located close to downtown Eugene, the UofO, Whiteaker neighborhood and the Willamette River. My goal is to make your visit to Eugene an enjoyable one, providing you with a restful, safe and secure home away from home.

Eve's little Oasis was the perfect place for me, a woman alone visiting my daughter. I felt safe there, with a locked gate and locked doors. The space was lovely and thoughtfully put together. The garden space was right out the back door with chairs and charm. The bed was soooo comfortable, and if you struggle with back pain, as I do, the mattress was very supportive. Walked to my daughter's through cute neighborhood, sweet life bakery nearby. Will stay there next visit with my husband!!

Great Cozy Stay

The Star Studio is an excellent place to stay with a partner or by yourself. The private backyard is a lovely place to have a coffee. It is also worth mentioning that I, as a young woman, felt very secure while staying in this space (which is something you do have to take into consideration in Eugene). Very safe, secure, and cozy place to stay for a reasonable price! Would recommend.

Charming Little Studio

This was my second stay at Star Studio, and I hope to be back next summer! The Studio is very cozy and perfect for one person or a couple. I especially love that robes are provided. I had all I needed for my stay. A big plus is that it's walking distance to downtown Eugene and a short drive to other attractions in the city. Eve is a great host!

This was one of the better studios I have stayed at. Very comfy and cozy. Very quiet and situated perfectly for the locations I had to visit. I enjoyed strolling to the New Frontier store and checking out the neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

The moment I walked in to this house, I loved it and could see the potential to create a beautiful home for vacationers, and thus the creation of Jackson Star and Star Studio began! The craftsmanship is quality and it is obvious the house has been well-cared for over the years. I loved the floorplan on the main level and the loft is truly dreamy on a clear evening with stars and the moon visible from the bedroom window in the loft.
The Star Studio behind the house has a gorgeous view of the trees and flowers that characterize the neighborhood. This has become a lush garden space worth spending time in and perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood. Serene. Beautiful. Peaceful. Great neighbors!
