Welcome to Coral Cabana, your Texas beach vacation destination! Located in The Biscayne, a family-friendly, quiet, gated community. Your home away from home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and very comfortable accommodations for 12. Newly constructed, this lovely pond-front, Gulf-view oasis is only a short walk from beautiful Bolivar beaches.
Features include a coffee bar with Keurig 2-in-1 coffee maker, wet bar w/ wine fridge, well-appointed kitchen, and a huge wrap-around deck with plenty of cozy, inviting spots. You can have coffee on the deck while the sun rises over the Gulf, or you can enjoy an evening cocktail while taking in the sunset over the adjacent Audubon shorebird sanctuary.
The entertainment area downstairs includes a bar, picnic table, charcoal grill, as well as a corn hole set. After a day at the beach, you can conveniently wash your treasures in the fish/seashell cleaning sink and yourselves (and dogs) in the outdoor shower. Sufficient parking for up to 6 vehicles is provided on the property.
Room Details: High ceilings and tall windows offer a grand and spacious feel that invites natural light. Master Bedroom (King) with full bath ensuite w/ walk-in shower, Bedroom #2 (King) with full bath ensuite w/ walk-in shower, Bedroom #3 (King) with full bath ensuite w/ walk-in shower, and bunk room (6 Twin) with full bath and bathtub adjacent. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Sheets and towels are provided.
Other Features: A cargo lift, for luggage and groceries only, is available for your convenience.
THE BISCAYNE: There are 4 crossovers to the beach from the neighborhood. Beach access is limited to pedestrians and golf carts only (no UTVs), and golf cart rental sources are plentiful in Port Bolivar. Driving your car to the beach from outside the gate is also quick and easy.
CRYSTAL BEACH: Enjoy shopping, dining, and live music in nearby Crystal Beach, including the new Margaritaville RV Resort, or take the ferry to Galveston to explore its rich culture and history.
Dog Friendly: We understand that your family get-together includes your four-legged family members, too. Up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted for an additional cleaning fee. Dogs MAY NOT be left unattended in the house unless they are in a crate.
