This was the best location ever! Quiet, quaint, and away from the loud sounds of the motorcycles.

This was the best experience ever. This was the first time that I rented a vacation home with a few of my girlfriends. We had a blast! The place was clean and comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. We are looking forward to having another "girls trip" sometime in the near future and will definitely rent from VRBO!

Needs some TLC

Heron Harbour is a beautiful community. This property has a nicely updated kitchen. It is also on the top floor so there is a lot of natural light and very nice views of the bay. The property though needs some work. The rugs were very dirty and stained. The living room furniture is worn out and the TVs in the bedrooms are very small, especially in the 2nd bedroom.

Nice stay with small children & family

Overall we had a really nice stay. The property is well kept, nice for families, parking is easy and a beautiful view from our condo. The condo had a nice space, kitchen, high ceilings, beautiful deck- very comfortable. However for the price, it could use some updates. Comforters, pillows, bathroom rugs, shower curtains are old, beds are not that comfortable and the bathrooms are dark feeling. The wood deck needs some attenion, a nice pressure wash and stain + one of the boards was coming up. It would have also been nice if we could use the amenities on site- tennis courts and gym. Other than that, it's a great place to stay, nice to walk around, feels safe, gorgeous bay views, quiet and would recommend to others.

Descent place

The condo is on top floor with no awning outside so if it rains you don’t have the option to sit outside unless you want rained on. Others mentioned deck furniture & deck being old but it looks like it was just upgraded. The carpet is kinda gross & the couch is horrible. TVs could be a bit bigger. The place is pretty small- ok for my family of 4. We stayed many places over the years & paid double this year what a place like this would typically cost but I guess that goes along with everything else being inflated. The neighborhood was nice along with the neighbors. Pool area was right across the street. Its nice & big even when full we weren’t on top of each other. Walk to & from beach is rather far. Sandy chaffed kids on the way home makes the walk feel even longer. The bathrooms weren’t super clean- hair on floors & cobwebs on ceilings. Place was just ok.

Nice stay.

Nice place. Only thing is the couch and mattresses were a bit worn. Some stuff was there that ad told us to bring. Paper towels, dish soap, blankets.

Heron Harbor

Nice place however, needs repainted and the trim cleaned and/or painted. The deck definitely needs sanded and sealed (I got splinters in my foot).

This condo, area, and its amenities has it all .

Very well maintained area and condo. Senic and private. Boat dock, 3 pools, parking spaces and plenty of off street parking. 10 minute walk to beach. Big outdoor deck accessible from 3 rooms. This is a 5star, hard to find a better rental property for the price.
