Room has working table / chair, WIFI connection is very strong and stable, Place is very quiet, mostly rent to working professionals
2) No crowded home stay
The house is a duplex with 2000sf, most of the time only 1-2 guest will be at home. Owner away for work mostly.
3) Affordable and value money for long term stay
The house is fully furnished including free washer and dryer and easy to take bus or grab. 2-3 times monthly maid cleaning
