Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No loose trash should be placed in the garbage cart outside. All trash should be bagged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pond access or entry. No boats, kayaks, or floats may be used. NO swimming. Fishing is permitted from the dock; however, NO live bait may be used.
