Wonderful Family Gathering House

The house was beautiful and great size for a family gathering. Games and hot tub kept the high schoolers happy, large kitchen was great for cooking and the location can't be beat!

It's a delightful home! The check in and check out process was simple and easy -- we had our door codes before arrival. I would definitely recommend this as a state for anyone looking to be close to downtown but without the noise.

Prescott get away

Beautiful home with lots of space! We love the game room as well as the hot tub! It was a quick walk to downtown for shopping and food. It's an amazing home if you are in the architecture!

The house was what we expected. Old Victorian style house that was been kept up very well. The game room was enjoyed by many of us. We did run into a couple of minor issues that we had to contact the owners and they were incredibly fast to respond and quickly took care of the issues right away. I have never seen issues go from contacting the owner to fully resolved that quick.

Beautiful Victorian Close to Downtown Prescott

Gorgeous Victorian house for our family of 7. Came for the Christmas Parade and Courthouse lighting. The house was fully stocked with plenty of pots,pans, dishes, but surprisingly no salt, pepper or other spices we’ve found at other rentals. Same for aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Plenty of games and big screen TVs. Overall a great rental! Highly recommend.

There is no outdoor hot tub. There is a tub in the master bedroom.For the price it would have been nice to have things like better coffee and tea provided (not just Folgers), kleenex in the bathroom, first aid kit, drawer with pens and paper, etc.
