Check in at 8 pm was a bit problematic since the lighting on the building was poor so it was difficult to find the unit and due to some issues with the access code to the door we had some delays. Once we were in everything was great and the owner of the property management company, Ted was very apologetic and helpful to ensure we had a great time. This made a big difference that he was committed to correcting any issues as no one is perfect. Great guy to work with!
