Five bedrooms (master includes ensuite bath) and five bedrooms in the main house plus one bedroom and bathroom in the guest cottage. Beautiful and relaxing porch has been featured in magazines and books as among the "Best in the Hamptons." Pool, spa, hammock, bikes, beach equipment, BBQ, EV charger all available for your convenience and enjoyment. Updated kitchen and pantry. Dining porch and pool lounge. Guest cottage has its own deck. Loft office available for WFH as well as a desk in the master bedroom. Relax by the fireplaces in the living and dining rooms. Fifteen minute walk to the beach, seven-minute walk to town, train station and Jitney. Farmer's Market is half a block away. Golf and tennis walking distance as well.
