The kitchen is well stocked and has all the tools any great beach chef would need. As an added bonus, Maravilla 3401 is pet friendly for one dog up to 20 pounds, with a one time non-refundable pet fee added at booking. Per HOA Rules: No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No Golf Carts! No 2 or 3 wheel scooters, mo-peds, skateboards.

This condo is pet friendly for 1 dog no bigger than 20lbs. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records.

We do require a minimum stay during the year and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
