If using the fireplace please open the flue and remember to close at the end of your stay. If firewood is present please only use 2 logs per stay, as this is a courtesy but not provided.

PARKING: Only on paved driveway surfaces. PETS: Accepted with a fee of $125, 2 pet max, if not respected stay will be cancelled, no refund.

Great location for time at Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. Medicine Park was quiet during our early week stay, but the kids enjoyed the swimming hole. Greg was very responsive, and the property was comfortable and convenient.

We chose the cabin for the area and the size. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary with our family and loved the stay! The area is beautiful and the home is well kept. Super close to the Wichita Mountains!

This was perfect! Our son graduated from Fort Sill, and having a a larger family this was perfectly located within driving distance to the gate. We catered food, relaxed and enjoyed spending time together. The little boys enjoyed looking at the deer on the mountain and hunting the lizards outside. Very clean and the host was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting or coming in for graduation.

Great place for our family to stay for a fun weekend away. Great walking trails close by that the dogs loved. Watched deer and even a bull elk walk through the yard. Very clean and well stocked

We were in Medicine Park for a wedding at the Wichita Wildflower venue and it was perfect. Just minutes from the venue, Medicine Park and the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. The house was very comfortable and accommodated having dinner for close to 20 people, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating the night before the wedding. While we only had 8 staying at the house it was a nice central meeting spot for pre wedding events. The bunk room/ game room was great to enjoy the hot August evenings inside with the group and in cooler seasons all the available outdoor games and horse shoe pit area would be perfect. The biggest challenge at this property is deciding which porch you want to have your morning coffee on for the best view. We saw deer each morning and also enjoyed watching the hummingbirds fight over the feeders. Great views of Mt Scott from the rocking chairs on the front porch or from the upstairs balcony. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Don’t wait, book it!

This beautiful, well-stocked house was a fantastic place for our 5 families to come together for fishing, boating, shopping, eating and some great hiking. The local people are awesome and the quaintness of the area makes this a great spot to vacation. 10 out of 10. Will definitely do this again.

Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. The problem we had was we all got ate up by chiggers or something like that from the seat cover outside. We all ended up having multiple bites!!! Well we think it’s from outside and the amount of spiders in the house was a little scary.

Fabulous property managed by an equally excellent host. This was our first trip to Medicine Park and the Wichita Mountains. Having lived in Oklahoma for 30 years. I can’t believe we didn’t make it here sooner. The natural beauty and history of this area is fascinating. As for this property, it would be tough to find a better place. This was the cleanest short-term rental we’ve ever seen and there were all sorts of games and outdoor activities to enjoy on the property. We already can’t wait to visit again.
