This luxury villa features amenities for the entire family. There are pools and hot tubs throughout the resort, a mini market, sports bar, restaurant and Starbucks! The villa has a full-size, fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, washer & dryer, fireplace, living room (leather couches) formal dinning table. Bedroom has 1 KING bed or 2 queen beds shower and jacuzzi. Pull out sofa in the living room. Indoor Water park on site!! There are no extra fees for waterpark entrance with reservations

We are a small Miami family who fell in love with the smokey mountains during our vacation. The resort staff, accommodations and entertainment took us away. We love The Smokey Moutains and plan on traveling here every year if possible. We loved that we are city people yet are able to get away to a place where there is so much to do!@

This property is in the MOST amazing location! Upon exiting the property to explore- you turn left and are approximately 7 minutes on a beautiful scenic route to Pigieon Forge for so much food, fairs, upscale shopping, groceries stories. If you turn right you are for a beautiful ride to downtown Gatlingburg in which will take you approximately 10 minutes because you WANT to go slow to enjoy all the antique stores and wood carving stores. Once you get to DT you will want to spend the entire day shopping, eating or skiing at the end of the road! When you are done and tired you are minutes away from home!
