New property, great for family and friends, the property is located in one of the places with the most privileged view of Araçariguama, great for those who like comfort and connection with nature.
There are 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms.
Large and airy fully equipped kitchen.
Large room, well lit with TV, DVD and SKY.
Board games / Party with lighting for ballad. all this divided into two houses.

Barbecue area.
Gazebo with 7 meters high.
On the property we orchard, chicken coop.

Só tenho pontos positivos, foi td perfeito, lugar lindo, uma ótima piscinas, os quartos são ótimos, cozinha toda equipada. Tivemos todo apoio da Cristina. Super indico.

Sobre a locação/imóvel só coisas positivas. Tudo muito limpo, com bastante espaço, falta somente no site, fotos dos outros dormitórios, mas foi um final de semana excelente em família. O Isaac passou todas as coordenadas relacionadas a estadia.

Magnífico para Encontros Familiares e com Amigos

A Chácara é linda, aconchegante, os dormitórios são bem distribuídos; possui uma sala extremamente confortável com TV a Cabo; a cozinha e utensílios são completos e muito bem organizados; espaço da piscina muito bem cuidado e ao anoitecer conta com uma charmosa iluminação; possui um pequeno playground para diversão das crianças, um pequeno pomar e um galinheiro onde as crianças adoram visitar (inclusive com a presença de alguns esquilos). A preservação do local é impecável, o espaço da churrasqueira é convidativo para um bom bate papo, a varanda é ótima para os cafés da manhã, almoços e jantares; o mirante nos proporciona uma linda paisagem com um amanhecer e pôr do sol inspirador; salão de jogos e salão de festas muito bem tratados, banheiros limpos, espaçosos e com chuveiros. Em resumo o lugar é demais ! A localização é de fácil acesso e também próximo do comércio em geral, possui Mercados, Padarias, Farmácias, Açougues, Bancos, etc.. Em relação aos proprietários (Cristina, Sr. Antonio e Sra. Valquiria), não tenho palavras para agradecer todo o suporte e atenção recebidos antes, durante e depois de nossa estadia e isso faz toda a diferença em lidar com pessoas extremamente educadas, respeitosas e honestas. Deixo aqui meus sinceros agradecimentos pelos momentos inesquecíveis que vocês proporcionaram para nossa família e amigos em sua Chácara. Retornaremos em breve !

Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos donos do sítio, simpatia, atenção e todo suporte...ficamos encantados com todos! O sitio éxtremamente aconchegante, lindooo! O tamanho dela é apenas um detalhe quando podemos destacar todos os outros pontos bons que ela oferece. Extremamente organizada e limpa, tem tudo que precisa pra passar um fim de semana ou até mesmo morar nela. Uma piscina maravilhosa e equipada com todos os acessórios necessários para uma diversão tranquila. Ótima localização com comércios próximos, que nos permitiu comprar tudo que necessitávamos sem precisar andar muito. Tivemos um atendimento ótimo e atencioso que nos proporcionou um fim de semana inteiro sem preocupações. Sem palavras para essa chácara, mal posso esperar para fazer a próxima reserva.

Não poderia iniciar esse comentário, sem antes dizer que a recepção por parte da proprietária,Cristina, já me fez ver que a escolha daquela chácara tinha sido acertada. Muito atenciosa e receptiva, deixando eu e minha família bastante a vontade. Quanto a Chácara ,as imagens falam por sí, mas confesso que pessoalmente é muito melhor. Tudo muito bem organizado, aconchegante, espaçoso, limpeza impecável, áreas muito bem cuidada,me senti em casa.Eu e minha família nos divertimos muito. Sei que esse elogios vai aumentar a concorrência para uma futura locação, mas fazer o que, é a mais pura verdade.

Final de semana MARAVILHOSOO!!!

Lugar lido, casa ampla e aconchegante, tudo muito limpinho e organizado. Tudo novinho.Fiquei impressionado com a visão do lugar, tem vista linda dos quartos, da sala, da cozinha. Eu e minha família nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa. Agradeço o carinho e a atenção da Sr. Cristina, que nos recebeu muito bem. Com certeza voltaremos muitas outras vezes. Pena que o Anos Novo já está alugado.
