Come and relax in this beautiful pet-friendly home located in the lively neighborhood of Grant Park. This 3bedroom, 2bath home includes 2 workstations and Wifi perfect for working from home. Only miles away from Tyler Perry's Studios and Hartsfield International Airport. Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home. Outdoor patio space with BBQ area and chairs. The home is a Triplex that is connected to two other homes. Each unit is rented out individually. There is a gravel driveway for parking that will only fit two car.
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, excluding the basement.
It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. - Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. - Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. - Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited. - Please avoid moving furniture.

This was a nice place in a good neighborhood for us to stay. The place was clean. They booked us on short notice after my original booking failed, so much appreciated. This neighborhood is next to Glenwood Park and close to East Atlanta Village.
This place should be condemned. Cracks in the walls. Rear doors look like they have been forced and broke the double door frame locks. The windows are so rotted that the outside air just flows right in. No hot water while we were there. Stay away!
The host's information is from a Host that is not part of the property anymore. The picture they use leads you to believe this is a nice property, but in real life, it looked abandoned.
When you could reach the hosts, they did help and refund my money.
We looked at this property several times and decided to forgo staying here. Unfortunately, we needed to be in Atlanta with little notice and this place was available. Against our better judgment we decided to give the place a try. From pulling into the graveled parking area we were disappointed.The lawn was not cared for, grass & hedges needed cutting. The sidewalk is busted up and the stairs leading into the home need repairs. The stairs are uneven and not the same height, which is a fall hazard for all guest. Cracks in walls & windows don’t close completely.The dinning table has seating for 4 people, the sofa seating for 3 people, however this home is advertised as sleeping 6. There is no TV in the main living area, only TVs in the bedroom. Our party couldn’t eat or watch movies together and the host asks guest not to move the furniture.This host welcomes dogs, however the backyard is not fenced in nor inviting to pet and owner. There are lots of chairs, and a table but they are very dirty and very unstable. The host has a list of rules threatening additional fees if not followed. We can understand this to protect the property and investment. However, the property doesn’t look cared for.We encountered more than 20 problems that negatively impacted the quality of our week’s long stay. From not enough towel/linens provided for the week to internet interruptions. This house was misrepresented, it was a total disappointment. We didn’t get the quality we paid for.

Hello April, we are very disappointed in the review you left us. We do find the review really inaccurate. Some of the items that you mentioned were in the listing details before you booked the home. Such as a TV in the living room or a fenced in backyard. We never had that in the listing details. So we do recommend that before you book anyone's home, you do read their listing details in fully to prevent you from being unhappy in a home and to prevent you from leaving a bad review to a host that's undeserved. You also never mentioned that any of these things were issues during your stay. We checked on you multiple times and you said things were fine. When you arrived at the home, we had just had bad storms here, which you were aware of, so we were not able to have the yard/lawn mowed for your check-in. We do apologize about that, but we would have had the lawn done if it weren't for the storms. We never misrepresented the home whatsoever so we don't understand where the disconnect is. You had two issues during your stay, one was an issue with the lights in the kitchen and the other was the internet going out. Both in which we handled immediately. Nevertheless, we do wish you luck in all of your future travels.
