Clean, well-kept home. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the pool.Our hosts were very responsive, although we did not encounter any significant problems.

The host was very quick to reply to all of my questions and very generous to let us check in early the day of arrival. She was very friendly. House was clean and well stocked. There is a fairly large drop off in the backyard from the green area past the porch that is a hazard for small children, the pictures are deceiving in the description of the outside area. Just something to be aware of if your renting with children. We couldn’t use the outdoor area our entire stay because it rained the entire time. So other than the drop off that we noticed I cannot rate any of the outside amenities.

Communication before end during check-in was excellent. Property looks just like listing. Very spacious, definitely designed to accommodate multi family members and/or large group. TV, and other AV good condition. we appreciated Home was decorated for Christmas.

Amazing Stay Casa Uva

We stayed at Casa Uva while visiting family in Farmington and it was perfect. The backyard is set up for kids to enjoy the outside-- pool, putting green, basketball goal, and sandbox. Location is perfect near grocery stores & restaurants. This place had all the amenities and communication was seamless. We will stay here every time we make it to Farmington

The layout was great for two families meeting from AZ and CO. 4 adults and 4 kids. We were given wrong code at check in but I was able to get ahold of host quickly by calling. We had to ask to get the pool cleaned, but otherwise the house was very comfortable!

I wanted to say thank you to Jocelyn the owner. The house was perfect for our visit to Farmington. The pool and basketball hoop kept the kids outside and busy. They have a great Traeger smoker which we used almost overnight. The house was clean and had all the necessary supplies.We have stayed in Farmington many times and will for sure be back at Jocelyn’s great home. I would also like to say that Jocelyn was readily available when we had a few questions and let us check in a few hours early.
