Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located studio unit.

You may contact myself or Amanda my co-host and manager thru the app anytime if you need us for anything.

This apt building is in the University District which is in downtown Eugene. Close to numerous venues, 7-11 across the street and Whole Foods 5 blocks away. U of O campus is only 6 blocks, Hayward field 1 mile, Hult Performing Arts 1 mile.

Easy access to anywhere via car. Bus stop 2 blocks away as is hourly/daily bike rentals. You can also walk almost anywhere and the terrain is flat for miles.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Please take care of the unit and it`s belongings and leave in the same condition as you arrived. Clean and replace all kitchen items in cupboards on your day of departure. Please be respectful of my full-time tenants that live in the other units.
As a courtesy, could you notify us in the app on the day of departure when you have departed.
And please send us your car make/model/color and plate.

Practicality Perfect

First of all, the owner is super responsive and helpful. The unit itself is really cute and comfortable with thoughful updates like an extra high shower head for taller folk. The only thing I wished it had was a full length mirror somewhere. The location is easily walkable to campus, several great cafés, restaurants, and shops. I'm sure I'll visit again.
