Enjoy beautiful views of the courtyard and Gulf of Mexico while relaxing on your patio. This unit has convenient access to the tennis and basketball courts, both pools, the recreation building and the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. It has been recently renovated to include new flooring, paint, countertops and furniture. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a twin sofa sleeper in the living room. This one bathroom floor plan provides a second vanity next to the guest bedroom for added convenience. Come and make memories! Free Wi-Fi available
