Great Vacation

The place had a few deficiencies however we enjoyed our stay at the property. The place itself needs a little TLC.

Nice and big

Overall very nice and clean, nice area and property. Address takes you to a security gate but cant get in until you check in at main gate location. Could use additional wash clothes only 3 was provided. Also like to have extra blankets on the beds.

Amazing for a Hurricane Evacuation

We had to evacuate for hurricane Milton. I don't think we could have picked a more perfect place to stay. There was plenty of beds, a TV and every bedroom, and the cleanliness was amazing. Thanks for providing the roof over our heads to keep our family safe. It was definitely a bonus that the community was created.

Great resort community

We had a great stay here and would stay again. Pros- resort pools are awesome. Two different ones and both are great. Bars, slides, lazy river, pools. Very relaxing and fun for adults and kids. Private pool as well although very small still a plus. Nice back yard area for pets and neighborhood is great and safe to walk them. House was relatively clean with a few minor issues nothing major. Lots of space and bedrooms/bathrooms. Price point was great and pet fee was reasonable. Close to universal but not too close. Cons- check in was difficult. Instructions on making sure you go to the main gait and give them your name and address of property to get a pass was not exactly specific or straightforward. Won’t add your name until 4pm on the dot unless you pay more so if you arrive even 10 min early or twenty in my case you’re told by the gaurd that your not on the list at all which was scary and stressful. Host worked it out and responded immediately so I’m very thankful for that. The house was clean but the rug in the living room desperately needs to be shampooed. The couch as well needs a cleaning. I think a deep clean on the house with so many different people staying probably needs to be done. There were cob webs on the walls in a few different spots and walls need to be wiped down as well. Tea pot is so rusted it was unusable which was a bummer for me. The listing itself says pet friendly and does not have a pet fee listed but they make you pay after you already rented.
