The private screened in pool with the wheelchair lift on the south-facing pool deck is ideal for a day of complete relaxation!!
The pond and the forest right outside is quite lively sometimes with all types of animals residing in the countryside. It is unbelievable!

The pool area has a nice seating area. The pool may be heated and are recommended from October – April (please inquire about cost). At night you will have a magic time with the light turned on in the pool whilst listening to the sound of nature.

Often you will find toys by the poolside, left by previous guests.
There is a safety net around the pool to take on and off.
The patio has a partly covered lanai for privacy.

All the 4 bedrooms have TV's. House is equipped for 9 people extra person is $110 more. No Parties or get together allowed. 9 people max at all time.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub and roll-in shower. Fully wheelchair accessibility.
There is two queen bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom.
The other queen share a bathroom with the twin room.

The living room has a sleeper sofa and a nice seating area where you all can watch the 52" TV.
It is an open floor plan to the kitchen and the breakfast dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 9 guests, and has modern appliances.
There is also a large dining room with a comfortable seating area as well ready for use.

The laundry room includes a washer & dryer and ironing equipment.

This home is perfect for large families or two families vacationing together and will no doubt make your vacation unforgettable!
For families with kids, there is a high chair and a fold-out bed for complimentary use.

The home are nicely cleaned upon your arrival. Free parking right outside your door.

Dogs allowed. 1st dog at $110, each dog after at $100 each. No cats allowed.

We prefer weekly or monthly guest bookings. Our house is furnished as second home, including premium furnishings and full kitchen appliances and cookware. We are right for one or two families desiring a comfortable extended getaway. Our house and the on-site amenities are simply more than a hotel room. External surveillance cameras for your protection they are located by the front of the house, the front door and sides.

No charging electrical vehicles nor washing the car. Exceptions for handicap devices on a case by case basis.
