Allure villa has been decorated and furnished to a good standard with tiled flooring throughout the living areas. It has five well proportioned bedrooms with the master bedroom boasting a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower and separate bath. Additionally you will find two bedrooms with double beds, one with a queen bed, and the last bedroom features two twin beds and Mickey theme that the kids will love. There is a further full shared bathroom and half bath.

This villa boasts an exceptional open plan living space with a large sectional sofa and double patio doors leading out to the screened pool. Make yourself at home with the large smart TV including cable services and high speed internet.

The dining room has a homely solid wood table and chairs, perfect for any meal occasion. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed to give you total flexibility whether it is for a pre-park breakfast, a light poolside lunch or full evening dinner.

The pool deck overlooks a delightful wooded aspect and privacy wall. It comes with sun beds and table and chairs for a little alfresco dining. The pool has an optional heater which can be activated at an extra cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

Highlands Reserve is a well manicured community set around highly regarded golf course, loctaed just off Hwy 27. The 18 hole golf course is open to the public and available to play all year round. Disney is 20-25 mins drive. Located 2 minutes drive is Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix supermarket with a gas station, Applebee's, IHOP, Chinese takeaway, Irish bar, fish & chips, pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more...
Across the road from Berry Town Center is a large CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Twistee Treat Ice cream shop, etc.
