Our villa is ideally positioned to enjoy what Florida has to offer. And if you're a golf enthusiast, you'll love the nearby courses, including Highlands Reserve and Champion's Gate Golf Club. And when it's time to take a break from the greens or Parks, indulge in some retail therapy at the superb shopping malls and outlet stores. With so much to see and do, you're sure to have an unforgettable vacation at our villa.

When arriving at our villa, you’ll be welcomed by its high-ceilinged hallway leading into a beautiful open-plan living space, complete with a family room, a splendid and spacious kitchen, and an enchanting dining room. The family room is highlighted by sliding glass doors that overlook the sparkling pool and let in plenty of natural light.
The master suite is a spacious and comfortable bedroom, with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a stunning ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bath, and double granite top vanity. In addition, the main suite offers breathtaking pool views from the comfort of your bed. Adjacent to the Master suite, a generously sized bedroom awaits, featuring a queen-size bed perfect for additional guests. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and 40" TVs. Nearby, two twin bedrooms offer ample space for the whole family to unwind. The two additional bedrooms are fitted with 2 twin beds, 32" TVs, closets and a conveniently situated bathroom with a shower bath and granite top vanity.

The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is a foodie's dream, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from a full-size fridge freezer to a range of cooking utensils and appliances. On one side of the kitchen, an inviting four-seater breakfast nook by the window overlooking the pool and a charming breakfast bar awaits, perfect for starting your day with a cup of delicious and aromatic coffee. On the other side, the formal dining area showcases a modern glass-topped table and six chairs, setting the stage for unforgettable family meals. Wonderful property

Second time we have stayed here, great location, clean, comfortable. Good speed internet access/wifi. Spacious fridge with ice maker and a games room. Hosts always available if required. Couldn't ask for more.

It was as described. The house was perfect for 4 Adults and 4 children. The pool on the property was well maintained and enjoyed by all. It was 45 min to Universal and Disney was closer although we only went to Universal. Easycheck inand easy check out.

House was lovely, comfortable and easy to be in. Everything you needed was there. We did however have some issues with the pool, when we arrived it was really dirty, we called the mgt co. on the Friday to get it cleaned but had to call again on the Tuesday as no one came. It wasn't much better after it had been cleaned and I emailed pictures to the Mgt Co on 11th as we couldn't use it - it was full of ants again. On this occasion it was cleaned and shocked the same day, but we hardly used the pool because of this. We were disappointed as we hadn't gone to Florida to 'do Disney' we had gone to sit and relax by the pool. We also paid to heat the pool and couldn't really get the full benefit.

Immaculate and Tastefully Decorated 4-Bed Pool Villa in Orlando

We just had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic 4-bed pool villa in Florida over the last week, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious, immaculate and tastefully decorated interiors. Each room was designed with attention to detail, in clean pristine white, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the games room. It was fully equipped with a pool table, darts board, foosball table, and an air hockey table. This provided endless entertainment for both adults and kids, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was great! We enjoyed our morning dip and coming back from the theme parks, we jumped back in the pool to relax! The villa also had a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. This made preparing meals a breeze, and we appreciated the convenience of having everything at our fingertips. We made full use of the coffee machine to fuel our coffee addiction and the air fryer was a great addition! Additionally, there were plenty of towels provided, which was a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of our stay. The washer and dryer was very useful! Location-wise, the villa couldn't have been better. It was perfectly situated for easy access to the nearby theme parks. This made our daily excursions hassle-free and allowed us to make the most of our time in Florida. Lots of food joint nearby and supermarkets were just a 5 minut

We rented the house to attend grandsons baseball games in Lakeland and Auburndale. House was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Even though we didn’t get much of a chance to use the pool we did enjoy it. Very well kept. The only problem we had was with the TV. Had to have property manager come over but only solved the problem temporarily. Shower door came off the track and was very prompt in fixing it. Overall very nice place

The property was clean and nice. It’s 17miles from Disney and 23 miles from universal. It is close to Walmart and a Publix as well as other food options. We enjoyed our stay here for the week!

Family Stay 2020

This home was very clean and welcoming. Our communication with the owner prior to our stay was incredible. She answered all of our questions promptly. However our communication with the property manager was good, but could have been a lot better. The oven didn't work upon our arrival so we asked for a bbq, which they delivered but never told us they dropped it off at the side of the house so we ended up eating out 2 more nights than we wanted. Previous renters and/or the cleaning stay did not wash the fry pans and they were filthy. On our last day, you are requested to be out by 10:00a.m. but the door code changes before 8:00a.m. Had we not checked on that we would have been locked out of the house when we went for breakfast. Code should not change until 10:00 or you should be advised that it changes early. Pool was great, beds were comfortable, a la in all, a very good stay.

Mooi schoon onderhouden villa

Villa is mooi en schoon onderhouden. Heerlijke bank die je uit kan klappen om ruimer te zitten. Prima zwembad en extra optie gedaan om te laten verwarmen. Locatie is dichtbij pretparken en supermarkten in de buurt. In de garage hebben de kidz zich vermaakt met pingpong tafel, pooltafel en airhockeytafel. Communicatie met eigenaresse is snel en helder. We waren met de feestdagen daar en ze hebben villa feestelijk versierd. Prima villa voor twee gezinnen met 8 personen.

Excellent base for a wonderful holiday.

A great property with everything we needed for a family break. Location was excellent, set away from the parks so we could relax in peace after a busy day, but close enough to make the most of them. Kids loved the pool, weather was fantastic, the booking process was easy and communications with the owner were very clear and response was quick. I would highly recommend this property and would love to go back.

The property was as described. Everything was good the only thing that was a big inconvenience was the pool was not heated on time and it took about 24 hours for it to heat . The proximity to the universal with traffic was 35 -40 minutes, to Animal Kingdom was about 20-25 minutes. Publix grocery store was about 5 minutes away. Over all everything in the house was clean and amenities were provided. The game room was lots of fun for the family. The pool was clean and the floor of the pool was not rough as someone mentioned before. Make sure you have the correct code to enter the house before arrival . Great stay.
