The laundry room is equipped with a washer & dyer, iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided. There is a high chair for those with babies. The house is air conditioned throughout and has free Wifi.
Enjoy relaxing in the swimming pool with Jacuzzi after a long day at the theme parks. The pool deck has a covered lanai with patio furniture, sun loungers, barbecue grill (the cost is US$ 60) and mini fridge . There is also a pool safety fence for those with children. The pool can be heated at an additional cost (US$34.05 per day).

Orlando Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home with our family! The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the basic necessities. It provided a great home base for our trip. The neighborhood was nice, and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for convenience. The only minor downside was some traffic getting to and from the Orlando parks, but it was manageable. Highly recommend for families!

Great Location with a terrific pool and Hot tub. BBQ equipment near pool. Plenty of room for our group and near all the golf courses we played. Our Host was very responsive to the couple of things we needed and responded quickly. We will stay there again. Thanks Gabriel for everything.

Cozy, comfortable, and convenient!

We very much enjoyed staying at this home for a week while visiting Florida! My group included 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles, which allowed us each to have our own room and bathroom! Perfect amount of space for our group. Everything was as discussed with host or as mentioned in the listing! When we had questions for the host, they answered quickly. All the surrounding neighbors were so kind and easy to talk with. 30 min-1 hr commute to just about everything we planned to do. Would definitely recommend this home to my friends!

Beautiful Home

Last year we did the Disney Resort thing. This year we tried this home. We were worried our two children would be bored not having other kids to play with but they loved it even more than staying at the Disney resort!! Clean home, great communication, and outstanding trip. Thank you

Family Vacation

The house was very nice great size for our daughter and her family and the two of us. The pool and hot tan was wonderful I thought it was just right but everybody else thought it was too hot. The house was very nice but it did need some maintenance done. The entire house could use a coat of paint. You could tell it was well used. We would definitely rent the house again.

Lovely clean large gated house with big pool area, near to Disney area, very well equipped and not to far drive to supermarket and restaurants, Nice quiet area, a few small probs with pool but sorted asap with management company who are easy to get hold of. Beautiful home in a quiet gated community with 2 awesome master suites

Thank you Marilza for sharing your home with our family. Marilza stayed in contact with us from the beginning to the end of our vacation making sure everything was perfect during our stay. Very nice home located in a quiet gated community, easy access to restaurants Publix, gas stations, I4 and all attractions. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with plenty of space and a great owner that keeps in touch during your stay this is the house for you. Overall house review

Location from parks superb, traffic horrendous no matter what time you join it from the parks, lots of delays. House was ideal for 5 adults, lots of space and no one felt that they lived in each others pockets. My only observation is that a few of the kitchen items, cups etc where chipped and should be replaced and the bed frames were a bit unstable and should maybe be tighten up, but otherwise the house was great. If I ever come back with the grandkids, I would definately book this again.

Good location but maintenance could be better

We arrived and the house was greatly furnished but the carpet didnt seem very clean and was quite worn. Also we paid for pool heating and wasnt working for the entire week. We finally fot the pool hot on the morning we were leaving. Wasnt able to use it. Listing mentions a barbecue but it was locked with a padlock probably extra cost for using it but no mention. So house was greatly located but the attention and maintenance was not as expected. First time a villa experience in Orlando area turns out as average unfortunately. Hope next time will be better.

A wonderful vacation home!

The pictures don't do justice to this house. It's big, clean, nicely decorated and well laid out. The amenities are all very nice; the laundry facilities and dishwasher were great conveniences. The pool area is very nice, we paid for the pool heat and it was comfortable throughout the day. The hot tub takes a little while to get "hot" but after a couple cycles of running the jets it was fantastic. The grill was also top notch, and there is a small refrigerator! Perhaps most impressive was the responsiveness of the owner and her management company. We had a few questions and minor issues during our stay, the owner responded to my emails very quickly. When the blender broke one night there was a new one delivered the next morning, and when the propane for the grill ran out in the middle of cooking dinner a new one showed up in less than an hour after I called the property management company. The location is great, a quiet community but less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and other shopping needs; also close and easy access to the interstate. We were only a party of 5 but you could comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in this home. An excellent home base for our 8 days in Orlando!

Good but not great

Info NOT in the listing: 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs including the master. Game room is the garage and it is not cooled and smells like the garbage can. Someone has been storing the trash in it. Property needs some general maintenance. The dryer was not hooked up to the vent so it was blowing hot air into the house. I called and messaged the property mgr 4-5 times before it got fixed. If you plan to visit Orlando, plan for long commute times. It took us over 45 minutes each way for 5 days. The on ramp to Interstate 4 is extremely congested and frustrating to navigate. And there were no extra supplies in the house. We purchased toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels for the week because what was provided was inadequate for a family of 4. The bedroom TVs were laughably small and the beds were creaky and bouncy. The coffee maker worked however there was no coffee in the house. Aside from those gripes, our stay was very enjoyable. The house has excellent cooling. The pool was nice which the kids enjoyed. It is also in a gated community and the property has nice curb appeal.

Nice house but needs some TLC

The house is nice for a family vacation, but needs attention, paint, bed in the second master bedroom on the second floor, dust, pool area etc. The dishwasher definitely needs to be changed. The pool was not well maintained by the pool technicien, he never showed up unless we complained, we had to call several times as algae was forming in the pool.

Very nice house!

We are a first time VRBO travelers and would rate Marilza's house as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The house was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful vacation house.
