Welcome to our wonderful executive villa conveniently located in beautiful The Shire at West Haven! You’ll enjoy all of central Florida’s wonderful amenities from our convenient location with easy access to all the theme parks, restaurants, water parks, shopping, orange groves, and more-all just minutes away!
West Haven is located close to the US27 and Interstate 4. The community is ideally placed for some of the best shops, bars and restaurants that Central Florida has to offer. Universal Studios and Sea World are also within easy reach making West Haven Villa the ideal choice for your next family Florida vacation.
This 2 story home has 2,754 sqft and offers: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, game room, heated pool and spa.

We want you to feel as if the villa is truly your home away from home, so we have immersed the interior in a mix of fine furniture and tasteful artwork, creature comforts and bold necessities, and everything we could think of to make your holiday memorable!
The laundry room is equipped with a washer & dyer, iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided. There is a high chair for those with babies. The house is air conditioned throughout and has free Wifi.
Enjoy relaxing in the swimming pool with Jacuzzi after a long day at the theme parks. The pool deck has a covered lanai with patio furniture, sun loungers, barbecue grill (the cost is US$ 60) and mini fridge . There is also a pool safety fence for those with children. The pool can be heated at an additional cost (US$34.05 per day).

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home with our family! The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the basic necessities. It provided a great home base for our trip. The neighborhood was nice, and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for convenience. The only minor downside was some traffic getting to and from the Orlando parks, but it was manageable. Highly recommend for families!

We very much enjoyed staying at this home for a week while visiting Florida! My group included 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles, which allowed us each to have our own room and bathroom! Perfect amount of space for our group. Everything was as discussed with host or as mentioned in the listing! When we had questions for the host, they answered quickly. All the surrounding neighbors were so kind and easy to talk with. 30 min-1 hr commute to just about everything we planned to do. Would definitely recommend this home to my friends!

Family Vacation

The house was very nice great size for our daughter and her family and the two of us. The pool and hot tan was wonderful I thought it was just right but everybody else thought it was too hot. The house was very nice but it did need some maintenance done. The entire house could use a coat of paint. You could tell it was well used. We would definitely rent the house again.

Big spacious home, excellent location and friendly staff.My family and I absolutely loved this beautiful 4-bedroom house! I must say the property description and photos were accurate and I was very impressed when I arrived. The house appears to be well-maintained and was very clean including the pool and patio areas. The kitchen was fantastic and furnished with every dish and utensils that we needed. My vacation here was excellent. Distance from attractions and shopping were perfect. I would recommend them to everyone that needs a place to stay in Orlando for vacation. We loved this place it was like home from home. Will stay again in the future.

Overall house review

Location from parks superb, traffic horrendous no matter what time you join it from the parks, lots of delays. House was ideal for 5 adults, lots of space and no one felt that they lived in each others pockets. My only observation is that a few of the kitchen items, cups etc where chipped and should be replaced and the bed frames were a bit unstable and should maybe be tighten up, but otherwise the house was great. If I ever come back with the grandkids, I would definately book this again.
