Experience an unforgettable stay in our family-friendly villa, which features four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms. Enjoy a private pool, relax in the spa, and have fun in the game room!

Our beautifully decorated villa is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as ours. Drawing from our experiences renting vacation homes, we have worked diligently to make your experience—from booking to departure—genuinely exceptional.

Located in the gated community of Tuscan Hills, this intimate residential development on US 27 in Davenport offers convenient access to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, with just a 15-minute drive to Walt Disney World! What more could you ask for than a fantastic location, a safe community, and a fabulous, fully-equipped villa?

Our home features three ensuite bedrooms:
- a King Master bedroom with a full bath,
- a Queen Master bedroom with a full bath,
- and a Double bedroom with an ensuite bath.
- Additionally, there’s a Twin Bedroom and a Study/Den with a sofa bed, all equipped with TVs and cable.

The large open-plan dining and living area opens to the screened south-facing lanai, pool, and hot tub. The air-conditioned games room includes billiard and ping pong tables, tennis racquets, and pedal bikes.

This truly is your home away from home! We have considered every detail to ensure your family’s vacation is relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. Our kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances you'd find at home: a full-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric mixer, and electric can opener. We also provide a complete set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware to make every meal as enjoyable as home!

Pack light and take advantage of our laundry room, which has a full-sized washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. You’ll also find hairdryers in every bathroom, so there’s no need to pack one.

The Study/Den is equipped with a work desk, chair, printer, and free Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected to work.

We cater to our youngest guests by providing a crib, a travel pack ‘n’ play/playpen, a high chair, two lightweight strollers, and a toddler booster seat. For their safety, a protective mesh pool fence serves as a barrier to the pool. We also have plenty of toys and books to entertain them all day.

Don’t hesitate to stay at this AMAZING home!!We thoroughly enjoyed it! Maria was the perfect host and so easy to communicate with. The house is spacious, beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday after coming home exhausted and hot from the parks. Perfect for family time, our adult children and granddaughter did not want to stay at Disney because we would loose out on so much family time. The property was clean and very comfortable. It was convenient to Disney and Universal Studios, as well as grocery shopping and restaurants. We appreciated the handheld showerheads. Our vacation was busy so we did not make use of the pool, but hope to next time. The owner responded to an email quickly. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. We were very pleased with our stay.

The property was great. Our only problem was checking in, the gate code was wrong and we couldn’t get in. We had to contact property manager and were then given the correct code. Otherwise everything was fine.

Perfect stay for golf trip

Nice quiet property near restaurants and golf courses with plenty of amenities nearby. The pool and hot tub were great for a dip after a round of golf (10 rounds in 9 days!). The kitchen was well appointed and the owner and property management were attentive, though only really needed once. We were very pleased with our rooms, and ensuites on each room. The instructions for the home were very clear and easy to follow. Finally: We would book this property again in a minute to explore all the golf courses in the area. Thank you Maria!

Very nice place to stay. Has lots of extras for kids, including strollers, potty seats, games, stuffed toys and books. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Great neighborhood, close to everything needed. Privacy screen helps a lot. There is a new development done right behind and it is lots of rentals (you can’t see on the map yet or in the listing). If you go to sleep early as we do, get ready for some noise until late. We liked queen master better as the bed is harder. King bed is great for someone who likes soft beds (we don’t), it feels like a cloud. It was a great stay.

Wonderful home

We had a great stay in this home. Every bedroom was beautiful, perfect sizes. Bathrooms were clean and we especially loved the huge bathroom that was off the king size bedroom. There were board games in the entertainment center, the garage had a pool table and a ping pong table along with high chairs, bikes and two large bins of toys that our 2 yr old grandson loved playing with, A great touch to the home, keeping the little ones happy and occupied when we weren't swimming in the pool. The kitchen had every piece of equipment we could have needed, plenty of pans to cook in! The neighborhood was cute, very quiet and well maintained. If there was anything that we could say was a slight negative thing it would be that the driveway was a little tight for two cars. We would definitely recommend staying in Maria's beautiful home.
