The unit features one Queen bed, a full 50s kitchen, and bathroom--including a 40" TV, DVD player, Roku, shared 600-Mbs ethernet node, fast WIFI, jukebox radio w/ bluetooth, coffee maker, plush rug, vases, and custom sconce shades from Europe. The bathroom has wooden-like porcelain tiles, yielding a spa-like feel. Ideal during peak season for DesertDaze/GlenHelen/NOS music festivals, motorbike Raceways, Lake-Perris and other sporting events. Dishware not necessarily included, but a limited amount is provided. A life-size dinosaur and exotic fruit/palmtree garden is on property. The 50s architecture and color has been preserved. The property is privately owned and quiet. A $250 pending-hold on a major credit card, no debit nor chime cards nor cash accepted, is required in person at check-in.
