Great location, shuttle service available but walking was just as easy. The condo had everything you needed. Onsite bar/restaurant was just ok. Spa on site was a great option as well as hot tubs. Sad the outdoor pool wasn’t open, just indoor. Never found the “game room” but gym was good too!

Great stay overall, just issues with the heating system
This property is in a great location with easy access to the ski lifts and the main area of BC Resort. The condo provided comfortable furniture and beds and adequate kitchen gear/appliances. There was a major issue with the heating of the unit that made the first evening and night almost unbearable. The unit's heating source did not appear to be working and the condo was below 60 degrees when we returned from our day skiing. The temperatures in BC were quite low, just hovering around 0 degrees outside. The property manager did their best to remedy the situation by sending maintenance. They also provided some firewood so we could try to heat the living room. Maintenance could not give us a reason for the heating issue but it seemed as though we were not the first guests to have this issue. He did bring us a space heater which did not provide any more heat than the average hair dryer. Fortunately, we found extra blankets in the unit to wrap in and manage through the night. Not sure what happened, but by the following day the unit warmed up to at least 65 degrees which made the rest of the stay a little better. I will say the staff did their best and apologized. Apparently other units in the building have the same issue, even on the upper floors. The hot tub and pool were enjoyable and easily accessible. The steakhouse restaurant was fabulous as was the staff! This was my first stay at Beaver Creek and I am looking forward to visiting the resort again.

Hi Kelly & thanks for your review. We sincerely apologize for the heating issues you encountered & any inconvenience this caused. You visited during a -15 arctic freeze which made warmth in the property & rooms more challenging. All the same, I'm glad our team took care of you & tried to find solutions to improve the situation. We're glad you enjoyed the amenities and on-site restaurant, too. Thank you for staying with us.
