House is on a flag lot down a private driveway in a quite, residential neighborhood with no thru-traffic, which makes for a very private and peaceful experience. Property is approx 0.76 acres and has a pool and two large side yards. Property is approx 2 miles from Shinnecock Golf Club - Site of the 2018 US Open. Heated pool open from May 15 through September 30. Outdoor furniture available from April 1 through October 31.
