Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather used towels and washclothes and place them in the laundry room. Strip bedsheets and place them in the laundry room.
Please empty the refrigerator. Remove all trash upon departure. On Thursdays please take can to street, handle facing house. Return can to garage after pickup.
Turn off all lights, TVs, coffee pot, etc. Please load all dirty dishes and start dishwasher. Lower all blinds. Turn lights off. Lock exterior doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I’m a wife and mom and also own/operate a custom garage door company in the Vail Valley in Colorado. I enjoy everything the Colorado lifestyle has to offer. From hiking the Colorado 14ers, snowboarding my favorite runs at Beaver Creek, or wake surfing at my favorite lake. I love spending time with my family. We love to travel and discover new places.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Hot Springs Village for the many amenities it provides. From golf to pickleball, the lakes and trails. There is much to do here. The sense of home and the peaceful surroundings have given us a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying a slower pace of life.
What makes this property unique
Our home backs up to the fairway on the 10th hole of Granada Golf Course. Facing North it provides comfort from the sun while we watch golfers ride by hoping to par or better the whole. And it’s walking distance to the restaurant.
