Villa Milano Your New Favorite Home Away From Home

We have gone above and beyond to ensure the utmost luxury, comfort, and privacy for our guests in this beautiful home. Inside, the house is tastefully furnished with comfortable oversized plush fabric furniture and draperies. There is a game room complete with a game/ card table, all the board game favorites along with a super comfortable leather chair for reading your favorite books. In the Great Room enjoy a cozy warm gas burning fireplace while watching your favorite movies or sports events on the 70' widescreen HDTV complete with custom ceiling surround sound perfect for making them all come to life. The spacious master bedroom (separate from the other two bedrooms) is a complete oasis with a comfortable king-size bed with an oversized plush padded headboard and a matching custom loveseat at the foot of the bed. The armoire has a 32' flat-screen HD TV. There is a very generous-sized walk-in closet. The large master bath has a separate tumbled marble shower and an extra deep tub for soaking with soothing spa jets. Separate water closet for additional privacy and massive custom tile double vanity countertop. These are just a few amenities you'll find in this lovely high-end well-maintained home. So come relax and unwind in the desert and let our house be your new favorite home away from home.

The $65 daily pool heating fee may be waived with a $2000 refundable pool heating/gas deposit. This would need to be given directly to the property manager/host upon arrival.
In this case, you will only be charged for the gas used during your stay at the property and any remaining balance will be returned to you once the bill has posted.

Terrific rental in great community in Rancho Mirage

We stayed at this house for 3 months and it was great for us. Clean, with all the amenities we needed. It is within 15 minutes of everything yet in a nice, quiet, gated community.

Wonderful Property

We spent a great month at this roomy home in Rancho Mirage. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and all the super amenities this home had to offer. The TV's were great and there was a ton of channels. The location was great as well - very private and completely fenced which was important to us as we brought our miniature schnauzer with us. Preston, the property manager was excellent! He started us out with a nice bottle of sparkling wine with cheese and crackers and he was ready to help if we had any issues (which we didn't). I would highly recommend this property - we certainly enjoyed our month there.

This home was very comfortable and inviting to spend a month in. It was in great condition and Preston , the property manager, welcomed us with fresh flowers in almost every room and treats in the refrigerator. He was available anytime we had questions or issues with anything in the house. This home had a great family room with state- of-the-art entertainment equipment..music, movies, speakers in every room and a comfortable couch to sit on as we enjoyed it all. The unique game room was our favorite place to play Mexican Train and hold our gin rummy marathons. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and the master bath had a wonderful shower. The yard was very private with a beautiful pool and spa and an outdoor fireplace. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with the fire burning. We would love to come back again and would definitely recommend this property to our friends. The neighborhood was quiet, well maintained and centrally located.

Our vacation home

We have now stayed in Via Milano on four occasions. This is a very comfortable high end home, with all the amenities that any family (or couple) need. We enjoy the game room (and usually bring our big scrabble board to have tournaments). The great room, has a big comfortable couch where we can watch the Tour the France on the big TV. It truly feels like 'our' vacation home. It is in a quiet gated community, not far from many activities. We love the quiet private front courtyard (great place to sit and listen to the birds, while reading a book) and have an especially great time in the backyard. The pool is surrounded by plants and trees and is very private...beautiful. There is a table for six and a great BBQ, where we have cooked our 4th of July meals each year. Wonderful place to entertain. Preston, the property manager, is easy to deal with and available for any questions. We want to return here each year. Highly recommend.
