Fully renovated 2BR condo in The Bluffs West. This unit is located on 2nd floor with great view of the gym and pool area. Perfect location as its walking distance to the Ole Miss campus and The Square with quick access to the Oxford Depot Trail. The Unit is equipped with WiFi and smart TV's in LR and both bedrooms. The kitchen is beautifully detailed with white cabinets and quartz countertops. All new appliances to include HVAC equipment and stainless steel stove, frig, DW, and washer/dryer. The unit is setup with everything you need for your weekend get away or game day!

The Grove is short 1.2 mile walk down the Oxford Depot Trail, which is paved and well-maintained. The access is right across Molly Barr Rd and travels 1 mile to The Oxford Depot at the edge of campus. The trail is popular for walking, running, and biking. Tall rows of trees line both sides of the lighted trail and a walking bridge crosses over E Jackson Ave and passes right by The Circle and Square, Oxfords first Microbrewery.

This condo was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Oxford. Right off the bat the host reached out with information about the rental and about the town - what to expect, things to do, places to eat along with a helpful forewarning to make reservations early on! The condo itself was extremely clean and a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. The proximity to the walking path was a plus. Easy to catch an Uber to and from as well. Overall a great experience with the host.

This is a nice unit. Quiet and comfortable. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies. Nice that it is right across from walking trail to and from campus. Only thing it lacked was bath soap, but all else was supplied.

Beautiful Newly re-modeled condo in excellent location!

I highly recommend this condo. Everything was new, very clean, and had everything we needed. The owner/host was very responsive and proactive. He made us feel welcome. We would stay here again.

Perfection!

This was the perfect last minute trip to Oxford. It was so comfortable, clean and communication was great with the owner. Location is great. We cannot recommend it enough.
