About this property
Great Allegheny Airstream
Airstreams are unlike any other RV. The Interior of our Airstream is 100% custom and is only STEPS from the Great Allegheny Passage!!
Whether you are stopping in the Maple City after a long day of biking the GAP Trail, visiting family in the town of Meyersdale, or just want to experience our 1 of a kind Airstream, you are going to love these accommodations.
ABOUT THE SPACE:
This custom 31' Airstream sits on a private lot with a cozy pavilion that overlooks the mountains. A perfect spot to kick back and relax after a day of adventures.
As you enter the Airstream, you are greeted with a plush daybed and butcher block breakfast bar with views of the meticulously restored Western Maryland Train Station (now home to the Meyersdale Historical Society).
The kitchenette is well equipped with a retro fridge, microwave/convection oven, two burner cooktop, Keurig, and electric tea kettle. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment. The airstream is equipped with a premium water filter.
The bathroom has been carefully crafted to provide unlimited hot showers. Unlike traditional RV's, we installed a residential toilet for your comfort.
In addition to the day bed with its 7 inch memory foam twin XL mattress, the rear of the airstream hosts (2) twin XL 10 inch ultra hybrid Engineered Sleep mattresses for your sleeping pleasure. A smart TV allows you to binge watch all your favorite shows.
Why traverse the hills and crowds of town when you can enjoy your very own private oasis with gorgeous mountain views. As you enjoy your coffee overlooking the trail, you'll be glad you stayed at the top of the hill!

About the host
Hosted by Mike and Katie

Mike was born and raised in Meyersdale, PA. When he was 10 years old his parents opened a Meat and Deli store on Beachley Street in Meyersdale. They provided the meat to multiple restaurants in the Meyersdale area.
Fast forward to 2020. Mike and Katie formed Adventure Lodging LLC. The first "Adventure" was a small chalet in The Laurel Highlands near the ski resorts. This is our second adventure and we couldn't be happier that it is in Mike's hometown.

Why they chose this property
It has been our goal from the beginning to create unique lodging experiences. I think you can agree it doesn't get much more unique than glamping in an Airstream.
