May stay here was great. The owner was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of most things in the city. If you need to get a ride somewhere use the BOLT app as it is much cheaper than a taxi! I would stay here again.

WARNING! If you decide to book this apartment, you will be dealing with an ex couple that fights a lot and you are being stuck in the middle. The ex boyfriend is the agent and the ex girlfriend is 'the owner' of the properties.First of all, the apart-hotel is a decoy.Like any agency, he will tell you the apartment is not available anymore and will offer you another apartment that belongs to his ex girlfriend. The ex girlfriend will be rude and threaten you that you won't get to stay in her house till she gets the money from her ex boyfriend, which she doesn't trust.In the end she gives you the keys 'as a favor', but will come first thing in the morning and demands 1800 cash.She demands your phone number to find you in case you leave without paying.But you paid to vrbo so why are you in the middle? The house btw, stincks of cat litter and sewage, you pay 1800 for 3 weeks for a house without towels, dirty, smelly.When you complain about it to the agent(ex boyfriend), you will get a message from the ex girlfriend telling you to leave 'her house'.In the meantime, the ex boyfriend will change your reservation to appear like you paid 1800 for only 2 nights.Vrbo is on your side and will refund you, but ex boyfriend will still tell you to leave him cash 200.This is your warning.Also, days after you leave the property, the ex girlfriend will call you from different numbers, text you and blame YOU, for using her house without paying when she's the one that kicked you out. AVOID !

We notified the host at 9 am London time that our plane was cancelled and we wouldn’t arrive til 12am. We asked him for a code or key location. He said he’d take care of it. By the time we arrived in Bucharest it was 1 am. He had changed the apartment address 3x. The last text sent us to a back parking lot of a hospital. Then he texted to pick up the key at a store - that had closed at midnight. The next store he insisted was open 24 hrs- when we arrived there, it was dark and closed. We then asked the patient uber driver to take us to a nearby hotel- that luckily had a room at 3 am. He texted at 4 am that he would contact “first thing” in the morning. We started texting and calling him at 8 am with NO RESPONSE. At 11 am we had to check out of CNN our room - to sit in the lobby. At noon, we connected with VRBO, who cancelled our reservation and suggested we rebook a different property. We managed to find something luckily. The host started texting us at 1 pm with “good morning”….. we indicated we had cancelled and rebooked another property. He then harassed us until we blocked him. He has messaged us that we are now “banned” from his property and I understand left a negative review of US! There should be a better plan for a renter to get a key to the property. We have used VRBO several times and never have had a problem with accessing the property. We booked this several months and paid in advance.

Keine Kommunikation, hat meine Anrufe vollkommen ignoriert, nicht vertrauenswürdig, nicht zu empfehlen. Habe mich nicht auf die Reservierung verlassen. Die schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich mit der Art der Buchung gemacht habe.
