3 bedroom ample townhouse in the best area or Roma Norte. A stone throw from Cibeles roundabout and steps from Condesa makes it the perfect location to be based from. The 1930's house that has been completely renovated, offering all the comfort and amenities you need. A stunning top floor terrace filled with greenery, perfect for your morning coffee or and afternoon drink. The house is part of a very secure complex offering 24/7 security.

The Townhouse is set in 3 floors allowing all guests some privacy.

On the main floor there is an ample living room and a dinning area for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, powder room and laundry area.

On the first floor is the master bedroom offering a king size bed, walk in closet and ensuite washroom (The master offers a queen sofa bed for additional guests - our sofa beds are custom made with memory foam toppers for added comfort). There is also the Studio bedroom, offering a king size bed, a desk and small closet.

On the second (top) floor there is the third bedroom offering a king size bed, with its own closet and view of the roof garden. A second full size washroom is located on this floor as well as the gorgeous treetop filled roof garden offering plenty of seating for your entire group.

Loredana artisanal toiletries have been selected as well as top quality 100% cotton linens for you to enjoy during your stay

Please note we offer AC only in the master bedroom. The main floor is always fresh and the rest of the bedrooms offer portable fans.

Please note the house has 2 entrances, one through the street (which remains closed for security of our guests and the complex) and one trough the condominium where the doorman is (we prefer for our guest to use this door).

The property was beautiful! It was within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, shops and parks and just a short Uber ride to the historic city center sites and museums. Mr. W did a great job of making everything right despite VRBO’s poor communication.

Casa Uruapan

We recently stayed at Casa Uruapan, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect—easy to find and conveniently situated near local attractions 20 minutes from the Airport, a nice coffee shop next door (and minutes from major Roma Norte restaurants and events. The staff was exceptional; they were responsive and always available to assist with any questions or requests. They provided excellent recommendations for local food and sights, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the security team was professional and ensured we felt safe throughout our stay. Overall, Casa Uruapan exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

The Roma Norte townhouse did not disappoint! Great location on a mostly quiet street (we stayed during a major festival time and the parties went deep into the night!) :). The property is modern, well appointed, with comfortable beds. Our host was excellent with communication, restaurant recommendations, and the location of a market nearby for some necessities. The unit is on the ground level and duplexes up to two additional levels. If you don’t mind stairs, it’s a great set up for a group trip and we used the deck off the second level for outdoor relaxing. We visited in December, the stone and concrete structure stays cool - good for summer visits and we were glad we had our warm clothes. We look forward to our next visit to CDMX!
