Stone Heritage House - family + pet friendly

Relax and unwind in this beautiful European style retreat. Enjoy dinner on the patio at our 10 person table or a cup of coffee under the pavilion while your dogs and kids play. This home is truly supposed to feel like an oasis, an escape from the daily hustle. Listen to birds, collect fresh eggs from the chickens, gather a salad for dinner from the garden, all while maintaining the convenience of being just a short walk from downtown Towson!

The space
The master bedroom features a king size bed as well as a large walk in closet, floor to ceiling mirrors, and en-suite washer and dryer. An additional bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed and large closet space. There is a fully functioning office, fast and reliable high speed internet, and a twin couch/bed combo. One shared bathroom upstairs with walk in shower and rain feature. Downstairs is a children’s room featuring two cribs with an option to add an additional queen size bed. Large playroom fully stocked with toys, games, bikes, and a rock climbing wall! Large fully equipped kitchen, and a formal dining room with a table for 8. One and a half bathrooms on the first floor with a large shower as well as a soaking tub. Outside is a patio with a sitting area as well as el fresco dinning for 10, a pavilion with a television and sitting area as well as a mini fridge and 3 person bar seating. One acre of fully fenced in dog friendly yard. You are welcome to pitch tents for extra space, the yard is very flat. Please help yourself and enjoy the large vegetable and herb garden, rows of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and figs! We have 6 chickens that will start laying eggs mid to late August. On site parking for 4 cars. The driveway is shared with our neighbors so please be respectful.

The area
The house is located walking distance to several restaurants, a playground, basketball courts, baseball field, a movie theater, coffee shops, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, a YMCA and more! 15 minute drive into Baltimore City. Walking distance to Towson University. Easy access to 695, 83, and 95.

20 minute drive to two local wineries, countless breweries between 10-40 minutes away. Towson is truly in the middle of everything.

Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the house, as well one acre of fully fenced in yard, patio, pavilion, garden, and chicken coop. The only shared feature is the driveway. The garage is locked for owner use only.
