I would give zero stars if able. The apartment is dirty, the communication is awful…I only had communication through WhatsApp and never knew who I was actually speaking with. They initially tried to charge extra for checking in after 3pm, but I showed the written agreement that stated check in is after 3pm. They tried to charge 175 euro for city tax, but when we arrived it person they changed it to 80 euro. We arrived at 6:30pm quickly left and returned at 12:30am to discover a cockroach infestation. I messaged someone to let them know, and we decided to grab our luggage and check in to a hotel. Someone messaged back in the morning acknowledging that the knew there were roaches and had pest control at the apartment the previous month. I told them I wanted a refund given the circumstances, and it was a back and forth of the person pretending they needed to ask their boss. I grew tired of the back and forth game, and let them know I will be filing a complaint with VRBO. HORRIBLE SERVICE AT A DIRTY APARTMENT WITH A ROACH PROBLEM!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!! We were dragging our luggage around Barcelona at 2:30am to pay an additional 1900 to stay in a hotel and thankfully the hotel was able to accommodate us so last minute!
