The house is stocked with high-quality linens, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Outside, the front porch, adorned with rocking chairs, invites you to unwind, while the shaded backyard, complete with a patio, gas grill, and dining table, is perfect for al fresco dining.

The home's charm is matched by its ideal location on the main street of quaint yet vibrant downtown Fort Pierce. The property is just steps away from boutique shops, restaurants, art galleries, a historic theatre, a marina, a brewery, and the Indian River Lagoon. Beautiful beaches are just 3 miles away and easily reached with a short drive over the bridge leading to Hutchinson Island.

The building has an attached but separate one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with its own entrance. The apartment can be rented either together with the main home or separately.
