About this property
Ashley, ND Hunting and Fishing Bunkhouse
Located at 223 2nd St. NW (Unit 2) in Ashley, ND. This is a bunkhouse type apartment set up for hunters and anglers who want to pursue fish and game in the area. Unit 2 is located in the basement of a house. One bedroom, one bathroom. Bedroom sleeps 6. There are 3 bunk beds with 2 twin mattresses each. Sheets and blankets are provided. Bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. This apartment has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator, 12 cup coffee pot, and fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, drink ware, and dinnerware.
There is a TV with a VCR and a classic selection of hunting and fishing VHS tapes to watch. Sorry, no cable or WiFi is provided. We have a sofa and easy chairs for comfortable seating after a long day in the field or on the lake.
The landing area at the bottom of the stairs is meant as a “mud-room” type area for dirty boots, dog kennels and hanging wet clothes to dry. This property also shares access to a game & fish cleaning station in the garage. The cleaning station is shared with the tenants who rent the upstairs unit. Please be respectful and thoroughly clean out the sink and surrounding area after processing fish/birds so the area doesn't start to stink. We ask that any fish or bird carcasses be properly disposed of at an off-site location such as the dumpster behind City Hall, or the dumpster behind the city maintenance building near the pool. Follow 2nd Ave heading north to get to the city building near the pool, at the edge of town.
Dogs are welcome, but any damage caused by dogs will be the responsibility of the guest. Please pick up and dispose of any dog waste if your dog uses the yard.
Parking is on street on 2nd St. NW. The driveway is reserved for the upstairs tenants, please do not park on the driveway.
Quiet Hours 8pm-8am. Please be courteous and respectful of our upstairs tenants. We ask that quiet hours are followed as not to disrupt the peace and quiet of our long term tenants.
