About this property

The Carriage House @Downtown!

This monthly rental rents for 30 days minimum at a time! It's a unique place with a style all its own with it's spiral staircase and skylight. It's an updated modern design and newly renovated space from top to bottom with the most gorgeous bathroom and spa like shower! You'll absolutely love this unique industrial style in downtown Columbia that's extremely central to all the city has to offer! It's technically a guesthouse to the Elmwood Park White House, but has it's own access from the street! Only the little yard is "shared".
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:
- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee if we have to remediate.
- No parties / large gatherings / loud noise
- No unapproved overnight guests. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted to stay overnight. You may have a few guests stop by during the day for a few hours. But if you wish to have additional guests stay overnight, or a large group stop by during the day, please contact us first so we can discuss logistics.
- If you bring an unapproved pet/animal onto the property we will charge our pet fee $75 up to 2 dogs per pet/animal for additional cleaning. We will also require the pet/animal to be immediately removed.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, you can not check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr. We may also call the police for trespassing.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know immediately.
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets

If you break any of these rules we may charge additional fees and we reserve the right to terminate your stay without any refunds.

Great space! Please be aware of the stairs -- they could be tricky for folks with mobility / vision issues, children, elderly, or folks with lots of luggage. Beautiful space, great neighborhood, we loved our stay!

Very clean and comfortable

By far one of the cleanest and most comfortable properties we've ever stayed at. The setup and decorations was open and flowed well. Did not feel clutered or overly decorated. Would recommend.

Comfortable Stay
