Lush and tropical gardens surround this beautiful development in the heart of historic Old Town. Private, secured parking beneath the complex and security entrances gives the feeling of unparalleled exclusivity.

The foyer of this Mediterranean-style unit opens to the living room, dining area, half-bath, and kitchen. The living room contains a queen-sized sofa bed, flat-screen TV with cable, side tables, and a dining area for six. It also features French doors opening to your own private outdoor patio with chairs. With a breakfast nook for two to enjoy your morning coffee, the open kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, drip coffee maker, and toaster.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, sofa for lounging, and French doors opening onto a private porch with seating. The primary also has a large ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and skylight. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private full bath.

Shops can be found below you in Duval Square's shopping center! You can also walk to Key West's many bars, restaurants, art galleries, and shops.

Great Location

We were 2 retired couples so the location was nice. Southern Duval is less busy so the local restaurants were handy and great food.

Great location on Duvall but also secluded. Everything was an advertised and heated pool a plus. Only thing I would change is that the 2nd bedroom did not have a tv. Great stay

Perfect Location and Accommodations

This rental property is conveniently located downtown, so we were able to walk everywhere; the patio and hot tub provided a private place to relax, while still enjoying the great weather! And it was affordable (at least for the area)! We would love to return and stay at this same property!

Right in the Middle of Everything!

This is a great property! Lots of space, very well appointed, pool in the complex, and right off of Duval. What makes it perfect is that it is gated and quiet but very near all of the things that make KW a go to destination.

A perfect location

This was a perfect location to explore Key West. It’s in the middle part of Duval Street, so everything was in walking distance even for older people. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was great, the living room was very livable. Great restaurants all around. We hope to come back.

The perfect spot in Key West

We were pleasantly surprised by the location, the quietness of, and the ease of getting into, Thalia’s retreat. The place itself was the perfect size for my husband and I and his cousin, and if we are ever back in the area I will be sure to book here again because we felt right in the mix but not too close that we couldn’t fall asleep to the lte night parties going on. Thank you!!

Perfect for friends or family

Hi, we enjoyed the location of the property and the place was clean and the water was hot! The only thing is to maybe make note to get everyone a set of keys if you have 4 adults as you must have key to enter the gate so if you separate you have to figure that out. Everything ran smoothly for check in and out.

Perfect Location!!!

The property is located within walking distance of all Key West Town Center Activities, Dining and Shopping. Given the scarcity of parking, the added convenience of having a dedicated parking spot was a blessing. The unit is well maintained and equipped. Walk out of the unit, go down a few steps (Or use the elevator) and you are on Duval Street!
