Sunny New Renovated Retreat; a wonderful place

Communication with Eric, the property manager was a breeze (very easy). He is prompt in his answers. He replies fast. He was flexible & very understanding when we needed to check out later than supposed due to our late flight. The house is beautiful, spacious & well taken care of. Yes, you can see that it’s newly renovated 👍. The wall decorations in all rooms incl kitchen & bathrooms is very decent and puts a smile on your face. The cleanliness of the place incl all towels, bedsheets/blankets, floors, kitchen-wear, stove, refrigerator, furniture was excellent. The automatic air freshener spray in the living room was a plus 🙂. Beach chairs, umbrella & towels were provided in the house for our free use. Wi-Fi works good. Clocks in every room was so helpful (it’s analogue clocks). Hand soap (bar & liquid soap), shampoo, conditioner, shower jel, all was provided in abundance and smelt so good. Even Qtips, cotton rounds (for makeup use) and brand new bath sponge were provided! In the house were also brochures about restaurants & places to visit in the area which was helpful as well. It was lovely to see that the house had a couple of board games, domino, foosball table & a dartboard (we didn’t use any but it was a lovely thoughtful addition). Overall experience, the house was so pleasant & relaxing to stay in. We had a wonderful time. If we will visit St Petersburg again, this would definitely be our first go-to place.
