Perfect 3 day stay at this beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained home comfortably accommodating 11 adults. Conveniently located just minutes outside of Seward with amazing views and everything necessary provided by Sarah and Todd, our most gracious and attentive hosts. Highly recommended for larger groups and families.

As family if 10, there was plenty of indoor/outdoor space for cooking and gathering. House was well stocked for cooking and bathrooms were spacious. House has a nice layout with top and bottom kitchens. Location was 10 minutes from town center and yet secluded on a large lot with enough parking for 3 vehicles and more. It’s a very nice home and would definitely stay agin. We truly enjoyed our stay.

What a delightful place to stay in Seward. 11 of us enjoyed this property. Consensus was that it is the cleanest most thoughtfully presented vacation rental we've stayed in. Terrific attention to detail. We enjoyed the quiet setting, proximity to town, comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchens. A real gem we would highly recommend.

Excellent layout for large groups. We were 6 couples and each got their own room! Ample bathrooms. Very, very clean and well-maintained property. The ample parking was convenient. The wraparound covered deck was such a quaint place to eat meals and hang out while enjoying the outdoors. One of the best homes we’ve stayed at during our annual family reunions.

Sarah and Todd have created a dream rental. The attention to detail can be seen in everything and our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I will be recommending this rental to all of my family and friends, as well as book again for another vacation in the future.

Todd and Sarah are great hosts! We had a wonderful stay here, and the home is perfect for larger groups. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the house was clean and well appointed. Having the upstairs kitchen made meal prep for our larger group a breeze. I can't say enough about how accommodating and helpful Todd and Sarah are as hosts. What a great long weekend!

This is by far the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in! (We’ve stayed in about a dozen) it’s comfortable and well appointed! The hosts have included so many extra things to make the home feel welcoming, including hot cocoa mix and oatmeal packets and even a pair of binoculars! There’s plenty of towels and the beds are comfortable! The linens and towels are very nice! The hosts went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and we were so impressed! I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Amazing property! There was 13 in our family and more than enough space and great accommodations. The property was equipped better than anywhere we have stayed in the past. Everything was spotlessly clean. Todd and Sarah have gone above and beyond.
