Enjoy one of the unique pleasures of Desert Living by cooking up something on the new Gas BBQ grill and dining Al Fresco under the desert zillion stars at the table for 6. Or, for those charcoal aficionados, there is a wonderful Weber Grill. The Sparkling Pool and Spa are the focal point of this totally private backyard which is complete with comfy loungers for soaking up the sun. The Pool is situated to where it gets a fair amount of shade during the day.

The large Fully - Equipped, Gourmet Kitchen has granite countertops; stainless steel appliances; a large island; and a breakfast nook. Complete with both a Keurig Coffee Maker and a standard drip coffee maker for your use along with everything else imaginable.



The Main Suite has a King Sleep Number Bed and an En Suite bath with Soaking tub and walk-in shower. Opening onto the Pool and Spa, this becomes the ultimate retreat. The large HDTV is perfect for lounging on your Sleep Number bed and watching the shows you have missed.



Guest Bedroom 1 has a wonderfully comfortable Queen Bed and the En Suite Bath has a Shower / Tub combination.



The Den/3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and opens up to the foyer. There's a powder room just across the hall.



The detached Casita is just past the Pool and Spa and has a New Queen mattress As of September 2020. En Suite Bath has a Walk-in-Shower.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
