The rental was near Fort Sam Houston and very convenient for our travel plans. The fenced in driveway was able to hold our three vehicles. The house was perfect for our needs. We would stay at the house again.

Everything was amazing about this property. It didn’t disappoint, at all.The area was like any other area that’s close to downtown but this house was everything promised. Close to the Pearl district, close to the Riverwalk. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed this property as we were in town to see our son graduate from Air Force basic military training. The property is centrally located and has access to lots of amenities. The house is one of many updated houses in a neighborhood of older properties. Some are great and others....well.....not so much. But you would be completely oblivious to it staying here. The property has a gated driveway with plenty of room for parking. It creates its own little oasis. The bedding is top notch and very comfortable. The bathrooms have great design concepts and large showers. There is an open kitchen concept and a bright and airy color scheme that makes for a very warm and inviting stay. You like to grill? Well they have a great grill on the back porch with a nice sitting area. It's an all around relaxing great escape with quick and easy access to the Pearl District and River Walk. The hostess is very responsive and addresses any and all issues quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This property is exactly as pictured in the listing. An amazing complete remodel makes this property stand out in this neighborhood. Check in was easy with an electronic lock. We absolutely loved having four bedrooms each with comfortable beds. The house was very clean. I will stay again when in San Antonio.

Overall my Family's stay and experience with the property was good. I would not have a problem staying there again. The Host was good. The property was 20-minutes from Lackland AFB, and across the street from the back side of Fort Sam Houston Army base. The property sits in a quiet neighbor; some sketchy activity. The photos did not reflect the neighborhood. The refurbished house is kind of out of place from the other homes on the block. The renovations are upscale. The property sits between two homes that traffic a lot of cats back and forth. However, the cats didn't bother us. I even saw a skunk run under our property. No worries though, we felt safe. I sat out on the porch daily taking in the breeze and environment. For the property location, I thought the price was a little high. The property wasn't in a high-end area or directly in downtown or on the Riverwalk. The cost didn't reflect the area in my opinion. I would ultimately consider the property and diamond in the ruff. I would recommend.
